ISSUES
We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been shipped. If you've made a mistake (e.g., incorrect address or quantity), please contact us immediately at support@raizoculture.com with your order number and the issue.
SHIPPING
Please allow 1–2 weeks for your order to process and ship. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once shipped. Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@raizoculture.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or incorrect orders made by the customer.
We will gladly replace any defective or incorrect item, as long as we’re contacted within 7 days of delivery and provided with valid photo evidence.
